On this radio we will try to get rid of the problem by not discussing the issue, but discussing the root cause of the problem and making a diagnosis.
“The Countries Bramhn-Baniya campaign does not give people the right information. Therefore, what information should be given to you and what information should not be given, this thing set out the Bramhn-Baniya media”
“Self respected people gain power from conflict, not by compromised. people who compromised always make use of society.”
“First rule of battle to declare your enemy. If you do not recognize friend and enemy then there will be no battle .”
There are lot of issue in society to .
The Supreme Court gave decision against EVMs saying that elections cannot be held using the EVMs alone in free, fair and transparent manner. Voters do not have belief in the EVMs. The Supreme Court gave historic judgment on 8 October 2013 that to restore one's faith the EVMs should be equipped with Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) that can have check on the fraud in EVMs. Till date the Indian media did not print this news. Print Media or the Electronic Media has totally blackout this news. Because of such strange stand of the Media common people don't have any information about this decision. Therefore, the people of India are doubtful of EVM.
When freedom struggle of our country was going on, we were dual slaves. The Arya Brahmins were slaves of British people and we, Mulnivasis (original inhabitants) were the slaves of the system established by them, in which we were made slaves, socially, culturally and religiously. On 15th Aug. 1947, these Arya-Brahmins got freedom and became the masters and rulers of the country. And we, who were the slaves of the slaves, are still slaves of these Arya-Brahmins. On 15th Aug. 1947, the country got the freedom, but the people of the country did not get this freedom. Only Arya brahmins got freedom and we, Mulnivasis are still their slaves. Therefore, it is necessary to launch the struggle for the liberation of the Mulnivasis..
Legislative, Executive, Judiciary and Media are four Pillars of democracy. While the first three are state run, the media is most in private hands. According to the constitution every citizen, irrespective of caste creed religion, would be equal with all. Nehru gave 60% of the seats to Brahmins though they are only 3.5% of the population. It was Nehru who first initiated the non-democratic representation in legislation. More than 60% of occupancies among all pillars of democracy are covered by Brahmins. While the Mulnivasi bahujan masses are suffering from poverty and our mulnivasi farmers are dying of crop failures due to insufficient rainfall, Brahmins are enjoying the luxurious life of sitting on our shoulders and feeding themselves on our sweat and hard work. True development should come through all sections of society and through representation of all sects of the society. A true democratic nation would promote the growth equally in all societies. But our nation has been suffering from the rust of brahminism in all democratic institutions. To uplift ourselves economically, socially and politically, we need to come together & be united..
Freedom of Expression vs Contempt of court Thankfully, Supreme Court, in Sheela Barse vs Union of India & Other (1988 (4) SCC 226) acknowledging the broad right of a citizen to criticisethe systemic inadequacies in the larger public interest by saying that "It is the privileged right of the Indian citizen to believe what he considers to be true and to speak out his mind though not, perhaps, always with the best of tastes? and speak perhaps with greater courage than care for exactitude. Judiciary is not exempt from such criticism. Judicial institutions are, and should be made, of stronger stuff intended to endure the thrive (sic) even in such hardy climate," However, the bench stated that the parties to a case could not exercise the freedom and privilege to criticise the proceedings during the pendency of the case.
oFirst is Parliament which makes Laws o Second is Executive which is responsible for implementation of law who are IAS, IPS and IRS officers etc. o Third is Judiciary who gives decisions on disputes and o Fourth is Media who works in order to make public opinions.
Democracy stands on these four pillars not only in India but in the entire world. In 2009 parliament elections 375 seats in the parliament were occupied by those parties who do not believe in equality and in 2014 parliament electio 411 seats in the parliament are occupied by those parties who do not believe in equality. Now in Executive 79.2% class A positions like IAS, IPS, and IRS etc, are occupied by Brahims and other upper caste people as per official figures. In Judiciary also more than 98% people are from upper caste, and there are some representatives from SCs, STs OBCs and Muslims are also kept to show. The way you keep pickle to lick. They are also kept there to show you that your people are also there, so judiciary is also controlled by them. Whereas Media is concern four kinds of media are there, o Print media, o Electronic media, o Traditional media and o Vocal media,All the four kinds of media are controlled by the same upper caste people. In today's world what we called Democracy is been occupied by Brahmins. - Waman Meshram (National President, BAMCEF)
